Opacka lies next to the park itself which is actually part of the investment. The park is home to around 50 species of flora including evergreens, ornamental grasses and perennials that bloom in different seasons. Some of the most interesting species are lungwort, rodgersia, burnet, boneset, and the noble species hydrangea, iris, and rose. The total number of plants in the park and on the estate exceeds 12,000. The great diversity of the terrain has made it possible to create viewing and relaxation terraces located by the pond. This space is ideal for meetings between residents, but also for relaxing in the embrace of nature.
The nearby Oliwa Park, covering 10 hectares, is one of the most picturesque green areas of the Tri-City. It shines with the colours of leaves and flowers in all seasons, and in winter it is a place of enchanting light installations. In the summer, the sounds of classical music can be heard in the greenery of the park - it is here that the Mozart Festival takes place.
Walkers seeking relaxation in nature are attracted by the avenue with old trees, the French and Japanese gardens, the palm house and orangery, the hedge maze, the waterfall and even the Japanese Torii gate. Gourmets will not be able to resist the temptations of the café and restaurant in the Abbots' Palace.
